*Your order is being crafted with love so your order is expected to be shipped within 10-15 business days after order is placed.

* You will receive a tracking number that comes with insurance.

*When your package says delivered and you have not yet received it. Please visit your local post office with tracking number to inquire about your order.

* In the event that your order can not be found, please do a insurance claim with the post office using your tracking number to receive your refund. 

*Once tracking is received, I will not send a refund. You have to get your refund using your insurance provided by post office using your tracking number. 

*Note if order is canceled prior to shipping, you will be refunded within 5-10 business days after you cancel. 

* Messages will be responded to within 24-48 hours. (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST) 

*Please understand that all our products are handmade with all organic ingredients. 

*For any reason you may be allergic to different ingredients, please message before ordering to verify our product doesn't contain what you are allergic to.
